What youll be doing

Handling a wide range of customer enquiries via phone, email and chat, offering solutions in a timely and professional manner

Providing account, billing, product and basic technical support

Booking service engineer appointments where necessary and keeping customers informed

Assisting with product queries and promoting service packages

Identifying opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell where it adds value to the customer

Collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes
