Customer Service Officer
Full-time - Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Temporary until end of September 2025
Remote working position
£12.60 per hour

Duties include:
- General enquiries surrounding council tax
- Resolve complaints and handle any invoice queries
- Take payments over the phone and adjusting payment arrangements
- Update the system with customer information
- Amend Direct Debit details, responding to customer emails
- Provide a courteous and professional telephone support service
- General Administration
- Customer service and organisational skills are the most important skills for this role
