Job Overview:

The Manager is responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations, either as a Registered Manager in accordance with Care Quality Commission/OFSTED regulations or managing services under the supervision of a Registered Manager. They ensure the provision of quality support and life experiences to service users, emphasizing values such as privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment.

Responsibilities:

·Oversee the overall management and daily operations of designated services.

·Ensure the delivery of quality support that promotes independence and safeguards service users.

·Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff members.

·Provide on-call support and manage emergencies effectively.

·Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and quality of service delivery.

Qualifications:

·Minimum of 5 years of experience within Children Services, with at least 2 years in a senior management role within the last 5 years.

·Level 5 Diploma or willingness to study towards a Level 5 Diploma.
