OVERVIEW

This is an exciting opportunity to develop into the future Head of Department for a talented and compassionate Family Solicitor. You'll be joining a well-established, progressive regional law firm known for its client-centric approach, strong community roots, and supportive internal culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage your own caseload of family law matters including divorce, separation, financial remedies, private children work, and cohabitation disputes- Conduct advocacy and represent clients in court where required- Contribute to departmental growth through article writing, PR, business development and marketing initiatives- Collaborate with colleagues across departments

ABOUT YOU- Qualified Solicitor 3PQE+ in family law- Experience in either divorce, finances, private children matters, cohabitation disputes- Experience conducting your own advocacy (desirable but not essential)- Resolution membership or similar family law accreditation would be an advantage- Personable, empathetic, and client-focused with excellent communication skills- Keen to contribute to business development, marketing, and team growth
