We are looking for and experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to:
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, from inception to resolution, showcasing a high level of legal expertise and strategic thinking.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft legal documents, and provide sound legal advice to clients, ensuring the highest standards of representation.
- Collaborate closely with clients, legal experts, and stakeholders to build robust cases and resolve commercial disputes effectively.
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of case strategies and legal solutions to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in commercial litigation and a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, showcasing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
- Strong commitment to professional development and staying updated with the latest legal trends and precedents in commercial litigation.
