This role requires excellent organisation and time management skills along with the ability to prioritise workload. You must know the family process from inception to completion and have worked in a similar environment in your previous role.THE FAMILY PARALEGAL MUST HAVE:• Prior experience of assisting on preparing of bundles for court.• A sound knowledge of the divorce and financial process along with dealing with both private and public children matters.• Experience of using various case management systems;• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and both independently;• Excellent client care skills.THE FIRM:My client is a progressive, forward-thinking firm who provide services across the West & East Midlands region.
