Site Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage residential decarbonisation projects, including energy efficiency upgrades and whole house retrofitting.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Implement health, safety, and environmental protocols on site, adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of residential decarbonisation, energy efficiency, and whole house retrofit techniques.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Clean driving licence.
• Minimum of SSTS or SMSTS
