We have an exciting opportunity for a Ecommerce Executive to join our client's team and be a key player in the launch and ongoing success of their new e-commerce marketplace platform!

As a Ecommerce Executive, you will oversee and manage the product catalogues that power our client's digital marketplace. Your role will be crucial in ensuring compelling, accurate, and up-to-date catalogues that maximise the commercial opportunity for our client. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Sales, to understand the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end process for creating, managing, and optimising digital product catalogues.
  • Partner with suppliers to obtain product data and content assets for catalogue population.
  • Enforce catalogue quality standards, ensuring accurate information and consistent presentation.
  • Conduct ongoing category and competitive analysis to identify merchandising gaps and opportunities.
  • Utilise analytics to develop data-driven approaches for catalogue performance and customer behaviour.
  • Stay up-to-date on e-commerce best practises and trends to infuse innovation into our catalogue strategy.

Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of e-commerce merchandising experience, with expertise in catalogue management.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in relevant technologies and systems (e.g., DAM, PIM, E-commerce Platforms).
  • Experience with Shopify E-commerce platform is desirable.
