My client, a highly reputable accountancy practice, are looking to add a Payroll Administrator to their successful team. You will be responsible for the payroll production of your own portfolio of clients.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator:

  • Processing Payroll across a broad range of clients
  • Developing strong client relationships, liaising on payroll and any associated queries
  • Maintaining accurate and concise records
  • Ensuring compliance with current legislation
  • Managing HMRC and other third party queries

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Payroll Administrator:

  • Strong payroll experience, with knowledge of UK payroll processes
  • Experience of using Sage Payroll highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders effectively and professionally
  • IT proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Enthusiastic team player, with a desire to join a collaborative and supportive environment.
