My client, a multi award winning Estate Agents, have a brand-new exciting opportunity for a Property Administrator to join their friendly and successful team.No experience is necessary as full training will be provided; however our client is looking for a forward-thinking individual, who has exceptional attention to detail. This is an exciting and varied role where no two days will be the same. Key Responsibilities:
- To negotiate house sales to get the best outcome for both business and buyer
- Liaise with purchasers, vendors, Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers, surveyors and all other parties involved in the house buying process as and when required
- To provide leads and arrange appointments for mortgage advisor
- To actively promote all available services offered by the company
- Record all information accurately on the inhouse systems
- Provide the best customer service to all buyers
Role Requirements
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Be keen, enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Have a drive for sales and a strong work ethic
- Be able to communicate at all levels
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Reliable & committed
- Be smart and well presented
- Must have a full driving licence and car
