I have the pleasure of recruiting for a brilliant charity, looking to recruit a HR Co-ordinator into the business. In this newly created role, reporting into their HR Manager, you will play a key role in modernising their HR function, proactively supporting processes and will be a key driving force behind a positive work place culture.

Do you enjoy working in an autonomous role, which offers the opportunity for on the job learning, growth and development within the HR space?

Main priorities in this role initially will be to;

 • Streamline recruitment process for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, with candidate experience in mind

• Maintain accurate HR documentation, keeping everything up-to-date and in line with standards, supporting the free-flow of information where appropriate

• Resolve employee issues with speed and compassion, keeping colleagues happy

• Support equity and fair treatment in all HR communications and practices

You will have a background in generalist HR Admin, recruitment and an understanding  of basic employment law, with the ability to work with sensitive issues, detail orientated and a real talent in juggling multiple tasks.
