Travail Employment Group has been supporting businesses in the Gloucestershire area since 1977 and we are looking for an additional person to join our team to grow the Commercial desk in a competitive market place.

The successful Recruitment Consultant will be managing their own business within a business, and your role will be to conduct outbound phone calls, client visits and cold calls in order to generate new business within the local market place.
You will be supplying an excellent service to candidates, via interview and assessment, allowing you to find them the role that best suits them.
Your clients will be impressed by your ability to understand their individual requirements, and your talent to fulfil those needs professionally.
You will be part of a team of passionate recruiters whose aim is to provide an excellent recruitment service to the local business community.

Candidates should ideally be able to demonstrate success in a previous sales position, however, we welcome applications from people who believe they can achieve in a sales orientated and target driven environment and who will find working towards targets motivating.

To be a successful recruitment consultant you will need to be able to demonstrate:

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
