Academics are seeking a compassionate Pastoral Support Worker to join our dedicated team in a SEN specialist school in Gloucester of children age 5-16. The successful Pastoral Support Worker candidate will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing, personal development, and academic engagement of young individuals outside of the classroom to ensure the children can reach their full potential in the classroom. Key responsibilities of the Pastoral Support Worker:

  • Provide mental, emotional and social support to students
  • Work closely with teachers, parents and guardians, and external agencies like CAMHS to ensure the best outcomes for young people
