If you answered yes to these questions, a brilliant opportunity is currently waiting for you to join a school in BS16, in a long-term Student Support position. The role is full-time from 8:15 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday and offers an excellent chance to utilize passion and enthusiasm to support school students' comfort, happiness, and learning in a warm environment, as well as gain vital hands-on experience working alongside the more experienced teachers. �???

The perfect candidate will:

? Go above and beyond to ensure every child has the care and support they need. �?

�? Be flexible and adaptable, to ensure they tailor support to individuals and respond effectively to a range of student behaviors. ??

??? Communicate effectively to build a cohesive relationship with teachers and ensure a trusting and insightful relationship with students. Emotional intelligence is vital to interactions in education. ??

?? Be calm, patient, and understanding; schools can be overwhelming environments and it is vital to be able to take a deep breath and accurately gauge the support required, from managing tempers to diffusing situations. �??

A candidate 'Must Have':

?? An enhanced DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this!) ??????

�?�? Eligibility to work in the UK (No Sponsorships Provided) �?�?

?? Willingness or ability to work with children of secondary age????????

?? Experience not required but preferred! ??
