Are you an ambitious Audit Supervisor looking to step into a dynamic role with a Top 20 UK accountancy firm?

I'm currently recruiting for a leading practice that's seeking a driven individual to join their Godalming office. If you're already leading audits, developing juniors, and working with a varied client portfolio - this could be your next move.

What you will be doing as an Audit Supervisor

  • Lead audits from planning to completion
  • Perform risk assessments and identify key audit areas
  • Use advanced audit techniques such as substantive testing and analytical procedures
  • Draft and review financial statements and audit reports
  • Provide coaching and appraisals for junior team members
  • Review junior work and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with tax teams and other departments
  • Ensure audit files are completed to a high standard with minimal review points
  • Prepare audit highlights and completion reports for managers/partners

What you will need to succeed as an Audit Supervisor

  • ?ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience leading audits within practice
  • Technically strong with up-to-date knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Motivated, proactive and adaptable with a team-first mindset
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
  • A confident and personable approach with clients
