- Service Support:Assisting with setting up the brunch station, replenishing food items, and helping with service during peak hours.
- Stock Rotation:Rotating stock to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Clean-Up:Cleaning and organizing the workstation after service, including washing dishes and utensils.
