Join one of the leading brands in the UK estate agency sector as an Estate Agency Partner. This is not a self-employed role, it is a unique role which offers the flexibility and entrepreneurial spirit of a self-employed model with the security and benefits of an employed position. You will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency profile in Grantham, leveraging a robust support system and state-of-the-art resources to excel in your local market.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing and canvassing strategies to enhance the Estate Agency's presence in the designated core area.
  • Build business contacts within local constituencies to increase referrals and expand the Estate Agency network.
  • Value properties and convert market appraisal opportunities into instructions using a substantial marketing budget.
  • Oversee instructions from valuation to completion, utilizing a nearby hub office equipped with sales negotiators, sales progression, and admin staff for daily operations.
  • Provide an end-to-end service for customers, from valuation to the completion of the sale, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years+ experience in estate agency, demonstrating a strong track record in the industry.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to manage and grow a business area.
  • Excellent business generation and marketing skills to promote personal brand and service offerings.
  • Ability to work flexibly from home and in an office environment, managing your own diary to meet customer needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
