We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior leadership team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with executives contributing to the professional excellence of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule meetings, travel arrangements and calendars
Assist and prepare specific projects
Communication to internal stakeholders and third parties being proactive where necessary
Coordinate and organise board meetings and other events
Handle confidential information with discretion and strict confidentiality
Manage travel and expense reporting
Accurate and organised filing systems and record keeping
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
Advance Proficiency in Microsoft office
Excellent and profession written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
Previous experience in HR is desirable
