Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with exceptional audio dictation skills and a drive for excellence? TN Recruits Law are currently working with a well-regarded, mixed case law firm in their search for a professional Legal Secretary. They are a team of dedicated legal professionals, led by highly-experienced and approachable partners, working tirelessly to deliver exceptional results for their clients. Location: GravesendSalary: Up to £23,000Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with a 1-hour lunch break Key Responsibilities: - Audio dictation and typing.
- Proficient copy typing and maintaining accurate records.
- Corresponding with clients and handling inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Efficiently opening, closing, and managing files in compliance with established protocols.
- General secretarial duties, including filing and organisation to maintain a busy yet organised work environment.
Key Requirements: - Previous experience as an experienced Legal Secretary, with a focus on audio dictation.
- Familiarity with a busy legal environment and multitasking capabilities.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage workload efficiently.
