We are working exclusively with a financially backed, fast-growing construction led fire protection company. They specialise within the social housing, private residential and retail sectors.
Our client is looking to recruit a Projects Manager. The role is to oversee the fire stopping/protection works for a numberof projects across London. The role will be to work in the Swanley (Kent) office 2 days a week and the others either from home or onsite.

The Projects Manager will be reporting directly to the operations Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities (including and not limited to):
- The successful delivery of each project
- Bringing projects in on time to the required quality and within budget

Frequent reporting to the Operations Manager, client and major stake holders
- Ensuring each project meets the required fire regulations
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Ensuring that all aspects of Health and Safety is adhered to
- Managing subcontractors and programming the works.

Conform with Fire Protection audit process
To be considered for this role you must have experience of delivering fast paced construction projects. In addition, you will have an excellent understanding of fire regulations specifically with Fire Stopping and Fire Protection.
