Customer Support Representative

  • Annual Salary: £22,000 - £24,000
  • Job Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm)
  • Location: West Thurrock / Grays

I am seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to provide administrative support and coordinate service activities. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth operations and delivering excellent customer service.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Answering phone calls and emails, ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
  • Scheduling and coordinating service appointments to meet customer needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of service activities to ensure up-to-date information is available.
  • Assisting with data entry and the maintenance of databases to support the service team.
  • Performing clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying to support office operations.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team as required.
  • Supervising deliveries to the Unit, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong computer skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Dovista, Velfac & Rationel Windows & Doors is advantageous.
