Job Title: Document Controller / Site Administrator
Salary: £35,000 – £37,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

Overview
We are a growing and reputable construction firm seeking a highly organised and proactive Document Controller / Site Administrator to support our site team. This role is crucial in ensuring that site documentation is accurately managed, while also providing general administrative support across the project team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction site administration with hands-on knowledge of Procore or similar document management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Control (Procore)
- Manage all project documentation using the Procore document management system.
- Ensure document templates are standardised and used consistently.
- Control the flow of documents between the site team, subcontractors, consultants, and head office.
- Regularly update and maintain registers of drawings, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence.
- Ensure document version control and compliance with project protocols.
- Site Administration & General Support
- Act as the main administrative point of contact on site.
- Maintain site records including induction logs, permits, and daily reports.
- Assist with coordination of deliveries, plant, and materials.
- Support site managers with scheduling, timesheets, and reporting.
- Organise meetings, minute taking, and distribution of documentation.
- Coordinate with head office regarding HR, payroll, and procurement documentation.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar site-based admin or document control role within the construction industry.
- Proficient with Procore or comparable construction document management platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced site environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Desirable
- Familiarity with construction project lifecycles and terminology.
- Health & Safety awareness or training.
- Experience supporting multiple teams or large-scale construction projects.
