A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for Field Service Engineers for a permanent contact on behalf of our client based in Grays.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install new equipment and systems at customer sites.
- Configure and test equipment to ensure it meets manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues when equipment malfunctions.
- Repair or replace faulty components to restore functionality.
- Respond to customer service calls and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and installations.
Requirements:
- Electrical and Mechanical background required
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Great attention to details
- Full clean Driving License
Monday to Friday : 8am-6pm
Overtimes available : X1.5
