Job Description:

We are currently seeking a multi-skilled and experienced Engineer to join theteam in at their sitein Cambridge. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical systems within a commercial office site. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting planned preventive maintenance tasks on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Responding promptly to electrical maintenance requests and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Performing routine inspections to identify potential hazards or malfunctions.
  • Diagnosing electrical problems and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborating with other members of the maintenance team to achieve operational objectives.
  • Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities and reporting on work completed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical faults.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) are desirable.
