Junior Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Manager to join our growing team. The Junior Sales Manager will assist in driving sales strategies, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while gaining valuable experience in the field.

Junior Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Support the Regional Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Assist in analysing market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
  • Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into sales.

Skills
