Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
- Support the finance team with administrative tasks as needed
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant education in accounting/finance
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, PeopleSoft, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
