Pure are workingexclusively with a well established client who are looking for a experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join their contact centre team due to growth.

Main Duties:
  • Creating a booking spreadsheet from trackers for jobs due that month
  • Management of a tracker on system of data for property/construction clients
  • Running a small team of 3-4 call handlers, admin staff
  • Delegating daily admin tasks, emails, booking jobs etc
  • Delivering targets and KPI's to the team
Key Requirements:
  • Must have Team Leading experience within a office environment
  • Contact Centre experience would be ideal
  • Construction industry experience would be a bonus
  • Excellent Customer Service experience
  • Driven and motivation
  • Must be able to drive due to location
  • Must have Excel knowledge basis or immediate level
