ProTalent is working with a fantastic Accountancy Practice to onboard a new Trainee Accountant to join their team in Great Yarmouth.

Job Responsibilities:- Assisting senior accountants with the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and management accounts.- Recording financial transactions accurately and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.- Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making processes.- Assisting with audits and liaising with clients to gather necessary documentation.- Participating in the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and processes.- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:- Currently studying towards the AAT qualification or recently completed it.- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.- A strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.- Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
