**Responsibilities:**
- Handle supplier and debtor invoices, ensuring timely payments.- Conduct account balancing and bank reconciliations.- Prepare VAT returns and EC Sales List submissions.- Monitor VAT deadlines and assist with management accounts.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.- Manage aged listings and handle financial paperwork.- Execute ad hoc duties as required.
**Requirements:**
- Familiarity with Xero and Quickbooks online is advantageous.- Strong oral and written communication skills.- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational capabilities.- Proficiency in Excel and general IT skills.- Effective time management skills, meeting tight deadlines.- Ideally, possess 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience with external clients and familiarity with cloud accounting software.
