Hales Group is excited to represent our client, who are seeking a Sales Administrator to support their busy team in Great Yarmouth. Due to the company's growth, they are expanding their current team to help continue to push the company forward.Key responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive support to the sales team, including administrative tasks, coordination, and facilitating communication within the department
- Process incoming sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is documented
- Maintain and update the sales database and CRM system with current order information, customer details and relevant communications
- Maintain thorough records of all orders and interactions, ensuring that all transactions are traceable and well documented for future reference
- Handle incoming orders and interact with customers to provide updates on order status, addressing any enquiries or concerns that may arise
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers to confirm order details, provide updates and ensure customer satisfaction
- Accurately enter order information into the system , ensuring all details are correct and complete for processing
Skills and experience
- Ability to pay close attention to detail is crucial in the role
- Previous experience in a sales administration position would be advantageous
- Strong organisational and self-motivational skills
- Ability to work independently with initiative and without constant supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
