Responsibilities in your new role as a Sous Chef
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to execute the vision and standards of the kitchen.
- Assist in menu development.
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as company standards and procedures.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing kitchen team members to achieve their full potential.
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain consistency and excellence in food quality and presentation.
- Implement effective systems for inventory management, waste reduction, and cost control.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
