This Four Star Hotel has a fine dining restaurant and its fair share of weddings/events.
The successful Chef de Partie will be available for a 5 day out of 7 rota.
What we offer:
- Package up to £30,000 plus Gratuities and Pension.
- Gratuities are shared through a Tronc system.
- All extra days worked paid.

- Meals whilst on duty.
The candidate will have the following attributes:
- Kitchen experience within the hospitality industry.
- Ability to cook using fresh ingredients.
- Genuine and sincere passion for food.
- A resilient nature with an ability to work under pressure.
