Full job description

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is ready to take their career to the next level. Ideally you will have a proven track record of leading and inspiring a team and a positive attitude to a variety of tasks that will land on your desk. You will be comfortable with technology and have exceptional communicational skills. As a confident and motivated individual you will not be phased by managing a large client portfolio in all aspects of accounts and tax. You will be ACCA or ACA qualified with a number of years experience in practice.

Experience working in a busy accountancy practice is imperative.


The role includes:

· Work within a team to ensure all client needs are met. Effective communication is essential.

· Liaising with clients to a high standard to resolve any queries they have quickly.

· Reviewing work of more junior members of the team to provide regular constructive feedback to assist their training and development.

· Efficient and accurate preparation of accounts, personal and corporate tax returns.

· Holding meetings with clients to discuss year ends accounts.

· Provision of business advice to clients.

· Working closely with colleagues in other departments to ensure high customer service

. Desirable skills include:

· Experience in managing staff.

· Experience in running a client portfolio.
