Hours of work: Weekly rotational nights/afters/days
Pay Rate: 14.15 p/h (plus 1.40 shift allowance when working nights)

Duties:
- HACCP Auditing and measurement of CCP
- Testing of equipment
- Sample collection
- Conducting hygiene audits and reporting findings to arrange any corrective action
- Update the Quality Management System
- Assessment of raw materials and finished products against relevant specifications
Experience:
- Previous experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Familiarity with HACCP guidelines and food safety regulations
- Ability to analyse data and identify trends or patterns
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
