Agile Medical is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis.
As a key member of the company, your role will involve supporting the sales team with administrative tasks as well as customer service related tasks.
Salary is between £25,000 - £27,000 per annum based on experience plus excellent benefits.
Your main duties will include:
- Dealing with customer enquiries in relation to orders
- Reception duties
- Creating sales quotations for customers
- Processing orders via email and occasionally over the phone
- Procurement of some factored items
- Liaising with other departments in order to provide an efficient customer support service
- Providing any support needed for the sales team
Skills required:
- IT literate
- ERP and/or CRM systems
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Well organised with the ability to work to deadlines
- Work well under pressure
