Customer Service Representative

Agile Medical is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis.

As a key member of the company, your role will involve supporting the sales team with administrative tasks as well as customer service related tasks.

Salary is between £25,000 - £27,000 per annum based on experience plus excellent benefits.

Your main duties will include:

• Dealing with customer enquiries in relation to orders
• Reception duties
• Creating sales quotations for customers
• Processing orders via email and occasionally over the phone
• Procurement of some factored items
• Liaising with other departments in order to provide an efficient customer support service
• Providing any support needed for the sales team

• ERP and/or CRM systems

• Well organised with the ability to work to deadlines
