We're looking for someone to support our brand team, both administratively and by helping with projects such as our sponsorships with the Olympic and Paralympic Movements and England Rugby, as well as our brand, digital and social activity.

Someone who is efficient, organised, creative, able to juggle multiple projects, has great attention to detail and isn't afraid to take on a challenge. The ability to plan and adapt is also key - no day is ever the same!

Role description

  • Helping support Allianz brand initiatives, this may be helping manage our Allianz Sports Fun or organising volunteering days and supporting at events.
  • Supporting the implemention of communications plans - from internal communications to social media plans, you'll help promote projects and campaigns in the most appropriate ways.
  • Tracking, measuring and reporting on website, campaigns, social media activity and fundraising and volunteering activity across Allianz.
  • Supporting in the creation of web pages, brand tracking and branded item reviews.
  • Supporting and getting involved in sponsorship activation projects.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Brand team - including setting up meetings, facilitating calls, processing invoices and more.

About you

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Confident with numbers and spreadsheets.
  • Enthusiastic and hard-working.
  • Must be a self-starter, happy to just run with projects and pieces of work.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to deliver to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Ability to build relationships with various external and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, creative and customer focused.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

Qualifications:

  • GCSE Maths and English - grade C or above.
  • Willing to learn new skills and take training as required.
