Sous Chef

Our client, an independent school near Guildford, Surrey are currently looking for a Sous Chef to join their team. The client is dedicated to providing quality, fresh and seasonal food which inspires their chefs to create exciting innovative menus. Their catering teams are skilled in the art of transforming fresh, seasonal ingredients into nutritious home-cooked meals that support healthier lifestyles and enable customers of all ages to perform at their best throughout the day.The Sous Chef will be responsible for preparing food for break, lunch services and any additional hospitality requirements.The ideal candidate will have proven craft skills and a real passion for fresh food. You will ideally be qualified to NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent and have previous Chef experience to Sous Chef level.
