A dynamic and innovative insurance company are seeking a talented and driven individual to join their team as a New Business Sales Consultant.
As a New Business Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities for the company. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients' insurance needs/challenges.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organisations.
- Present insurance products/services to potential clients, effectively articulating their value proposition and benefits.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B/B2C sales.
- Strong prospecting and networking skills with the ability to uncover new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
