Key Functions & Responsibilities
- Research, network, qualify and initiate contact with prospective/existing customers to build and develop opportunities into business.
- Improve standards and consistency
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, industry segments, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and nurture leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure a high level of customer service both internally and externally at all time
- Maintain contact with existing customers as well as generate new leads/business and re connect with lapsed customers
- Pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, industry segments, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and nurture leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Produce proposals and quotes
- Manage the new account process and existing accounts
- Attend customer meetings and network at exhibitions
- Keep up to date with industry news & competitors

Work Experience
Demonstrate experience in a hydraulics environment/industry
Experience in an Engineering/Technical and/or Hydraulics environment
Sales Manager role in Services/Hydraulics (desirable)
Educational Requirements
Minimum GCSE level education in English and Maths
