Group Sales Move Coordinator

Our client is seeking someone who comes from either a Removals background, or a strong Sales background. You will grow and secure profitable work for the organisation through various telephone, online, and direct enquiries and to finding specific opportunities from abroad.

Key Responsibilities as a Group Sales Move Coordinator:

  • Organise and run all sales opportunities that are assigned to the Sales Executive and to place the Company in the best position to secure the opportunity.
  • Achieve the product/service mix pricing and margins according to agreed aims, liaising with Senior Manager.
  • To ensure that on all opportunities, the Company is paid in accordance with the agreed contract.
  • To handle with the numerous accounts on a day-to-day basis that need to be dealt with and to elevate to the Group Domestic General Manager if required.
  • File case managing, supporting with the day-to-day control with individual files.
  • To sustain good working relationships with all sales opportunities and customers.
  • To communicate, liaise and negotiate internal and external using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  • To join training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
  • The administering of invoices and payments through in-house database.
  • Keeping Duties relevant to the smooth running of the Department, adhere to the Health & Safety Policy and other requirements relating to care of equivalent.
  • Guarantee compliance with oneself with defined Quality Systems, Policies & Procedures pertinent to the various ISO qualifications.
  • Any other duties that may be requested by Management.

Key Requirements:

  • Removals or sales background desirable.
  • Highly organised.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Numeracy skills.
