Your new companyOur client is a rapidly growing organisation based on the outskirts of Guildford. A major player in their field, they are now looking to enter new markets and, due to this expansion, they are looking to take on motivated individuals for their contracts and licencing teams. Your new roleYou will be a key point of contact for the review and negotiation of contract documentation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and negotiating international client contracts, primarily software licencing agreements.
  • Supporting the team with advice and answering questions on contract terms and conditions.
  • Collaborating with colleagues on the submission of complex tender documentation, aligned with business's contracting principles.
  • Monitoring internal contract templates and updating as needed.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients via email as well as through Microsoft Teams.
  • Providing ad hoc assistance and support to clients and colleagues to achieve the goals of the company

What you'll need to succeedYou will have experience of reviewing contracts and ideally have a Law degree or relevant work experience.
