About the Role:As the sole HR presence on-site, you’ll lead on all aspects of HR, from strategic initiatives to day-to-day operations. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the people agenda and supporting a dynamic, inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert HR guidance across the employee lifecycle
- Lead on employee relations, performance management, and engagement
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Drive HR projects and initiatives aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategy
- Proven HR experience at Manager or Senior Advisor level
- Ideally CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above)
- Experience in a stand alone role
- Strong generalist HR knowledge and confidence working independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Employee Relations experience
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
