Overview:

Our client, is a growing business in Guildford and currently seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Key Account Manager on a temporary fixed term contract.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and ensuring their satisfaction while driving the uptake of our platform. With your exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships, you will play a vital role in achieving revenue targets and collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring they maximise the value of our products and services.
  • Identify upselling opportunities to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide advice on best practises.
  • Contribute to adhoc projects as required.

Skills/ Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager or similar role.
  • Track record of achieving revenue and retention targets.
  • Excellent communication skills to establish and maintain customer relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with an emphasis on managing customer expectations.
  • Experience in the care sector is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of technology in a health/care setting is an (advantage)
