Our client, a prominent plastic injection moulding company, seeks an experienced Toolmaker to join their team. With a rich history dating back to 1969, they boast comprehensive expertise in thermoplastic materials and uphold ISO standards for quality and environmental management.
Responsibilities:
- Perform repair and modification of injection mould tools with precision.
- Interpret technical drawings effectively.
- Operate manual milling machines, lathes, grinders, and spark eroders.
- Wire hot runner systems and troubleshoot tooling issues.
- Ensure accurate marking and labelling of tools.
- Recommend enhancements to tooling or processes.
- Maintain meticulous records of tool maintenance and repairs.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday; (Apply online only)
