Role Description:
In the position of Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations within the home, ensuring the provision of top-tier care while supporting the Home Manager. Responsibilities include supervising care staff, conducting pre-admission assessments, maintaining care plans, and facilitating effective communication with residents' families and external organizations.

Reports to: Home Manager
Desired Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager, demonstrating a strong engagement with service users to understand their needs. A solid working knowledge of CQC standards and the ability to cultivate and sustain excellent working relationships are also essential.
Required Qualifications:
NMC registered nurse with relevant experience
