About the Role:

As a Senior Carer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of care for our residents. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, manage care routines, and ensure residents' needs are met with empathy and respect. Everyone

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications confidently and accurately
  • Liaise with external agencies such as GPs and nurses
  • Supervise a team of 5-6 carers during shifts
  • Oversee the care of 40-50 residents
  • Serve as the shift leader and first point of contact
  • Maintain excellent communication, displaying calm and confidence
  • Lead by example, providing care as well as team leadership, fostering a real team atmosphere
