About the Role:
As a Senior Carer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of care for our residents. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, manage care routines, and ensure residents' needs are met with empathy and respect. Everyone
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications confidently and accurately
- Liaise with external agencies such as GPs and nurses
- Supervise a team of 5-6 carers during shifts
- Oversee the care of 40-50 residents
- Serve as the shift leader and first point of contact
- Maintain excellent communication, displaying calm and confidence
- Lead by example, providing care as well as team leadership, fostering a real team atmosphere

- Medication trained and confident
- Experience in a care setting
