Our client is an award-winning independent Estate Agency based in the heart of Hailsham. They provide their services across East Sussex and seek a Sales Negotiator to join their busy team.
Day-to-day activities include working with and on behalf of new and existing customers, handling sales administration, and managing viewings and negotiations. A wide team of stakeholders are also surrounding you (property marketing consultants, digital and social media experts, videographers, dedicated sales progressors, a viewings team, photographers, an operations team) that you will need to engage with and that will support you achieve success in your role.
The successful applicant will need previous Estate Agency experience and have outstanding customer service and organisational skills. In such a busy office you will need to be a people person that is happy to support colleagues when required - as they would support you.
A basic salary of 25k per annum is provided with OTE earnings after bonus being 45k per annum.
