Role and Responsibilities:
As our Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for:
Day-to-day management of maintenance activities across multiple sites
Leading and developing a team of engineers, ensuring efficient and effective operations
Involvement in various projects, providing you with the opportunity to showcase your project management skills
Overseeing the implementation and management of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Planning and scheduling maintenance tasks to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or an Engineering Team Leader ready for the next step
Preferred experience in Refrigeration or a strong understanding of the field
Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Strong planning and scheduling abilities
Electrical or Mechanical bias
