A Sales Manager / Business Manager with experience of the air compressors, service and rental sector is sought by an expanding West Midlands based company
There are 2 areas of responsibility within the role revenue generation and operational management of a small depot with a view to growing it and ensuring it runs smoothly
Prime Duties and Responsibilities: -
To effectively manage the sales territory and grow the business to achieve mutually agreed targets with the Managing Director, contribute strategic input to the regional plan, generate and grow new accounts while improving customer retention, identify sales opportunities, analyse competitor and market intelligence and use relevant information to improve business plans and maintain awareness of all products and services that the company provides and promote them to potential customers on daily basis.
The successful candidate will need in the sales of compressed air solutions and proven sales management experience. You will be a strong communicator and be able to work under your own initiative, be able to meet deadlines and drive positive change within the business. Good leadership, organisation and planning skills are essential to success within this role.
