Social Worker - Fostering Recruitment

salary up to £40,800 per annum

NonStop Care is working with a not for profit Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in the West Midlands area, in order to help them find a permanent Qualified Social Worker who can join their Fostering Recruitment Service.

In this role, you will have the flexibility to do most of the work from home.

They are using a therapeutic approach and they provide ongoing therapeutic training to all of their Social Workers and Foster Cares.

Responsibilities:

The Fostering Social Worker will be involved in the recruitment of new foster carers in the West Midlands. You will support the prospective foster families through the assessment and approval process.

You will also oversee the Form F Assessors' work in order to ensure that it is completed within agreed timescales and at the required standard.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering, ideally in the fostering recruitment side. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
